1. Delivery Area

We deliver exclusively within a 35-mile radius of Duluth, GA (ZIP 30096).

• If your address falls outside of this radius, the system will not allow you to complete the purchase.

• We do not ship products via UPS, FedEx, or USPS due to the hazardous nature of many pool chemicals.

2. Delivery Timeline

• All orders are processed and delivered within 8 business days.

• Our team manages routes efficiently to ensure your products arrive safely at your doorstep or pool area.

3. Delivery Process & Access

• Drop-off Point: Unless otherwise specified, we will leave products in a safe location near your front door or pool equipment area.

• Property Access: Please ensure our delivery personnel have unobstructed access to the drop-off area. This includes unlocking gates or providing access codes in the "Order Notes" section at checkout.

• Safety: For the protection of our staff and your pets, please ensure all animals are secured on your scheduled delivery day.
