Welcome to Mcbo Pool Services LLC! Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Mcbo Pool Services LLC. We operate this store and website to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience for pool supplies and professional on-site pool services (the "Services").

By visiting our site, purchasing products, or booking a service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. Please note: Our products and services are exclusively available within a 35-mile radius of Duluth, GA.

SECTION 1 - SERVICE ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence. To purchase products or book services, you must provide accurate contact and location information. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

SECTION 2 - PRODUCTS AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICES

Product Representation: We strive for accuracy in product images, but we do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, or information purchased will meet your expectations perfectly due to digital rendering variations.
Service Performance: All professional services (Weekly Maintenance, Leak Detection, Repair) are performed by qualified technicians. We reserve the right to refuse service to any property that poses a safety risk or where pool equipment is deemed beyond repair.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS AND SERVICE APPOINTMENTS

Product Orders: Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason.
Service Bookings: An online booking is a request. Appointments are only confirmed once you receive a direct notification from our team.
Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours' notice for service appointment cancellations. Failure to provide notice may result in a cancellation or trip fee.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING

Prices for products and services are subject to change without notice.
Maintenance Fees: Our weekly maintenance fee includes standard chemicals (Chlorine and pH adjustment). Any specialty chemicals (algaecides, phosphate removers) or emergency recovery treatments will be quoted and billed separately.

SECTION 5 - LOCAL DELIVERY AND SERVICE PERFORMANCE

Due to the nature of our products (including hazardous pool chemicals), we do not offer traditional shipping via mail carriers.

Delivery Area: We only deliver products and perform services within a 35-mile radius of Duluth, GA (ZIP 30096).
Delivery Timeline: Shop orders are delivered by our local team within 8 business days.
On-site Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by extreme weather, traffic, or restricted access to your property.

SECTION 6 - PROPERTY ACCESS AND SAFETY

By booking an on-site service, you agree to provide Mcbo Pool Services LLC technicians with safe and unobstructed access to the pool area and equipment.

Access: Gates must be unlocked or access codes provided.
Safety: Pets must be secured, and the work area must be free of hazards.
Interference: If we cannot access the pool area at the scheduled time, the full service fee may still apply.

SECTION 16 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Pre-existing Conditions: Mcbo Pool Services LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage to pool structures, liners, or equipment.
Technical Liability: During leak detection or repair, the age and condition of the pool may lead to unforeseen failures of aged components. We are not liable for the failure of aged or poorly maintained equipment during the performance of our professional duties.
Limit: Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service or product that gave rise to the claim.
